    Those of you who have done your own Satoshi grill, what did you use to cut out the inner part of the grill and triangle sections? I'm wanting as clean of cuts as possible.

    Check on the sandpaper, check on the beer (breakfast), check on the lines of blow off a stripper (brunch), check on a Dremel.

    I should have been more specific in my original post. I have a Dremel, but is there a particular blade I should use?

    I used a plastic cutting wheel but I used the metal and that worked fine too.

    I used whatever cutting wheel I had. The sanding cleans it up the most anyway...
