    Spindles are different between the 05-07 or 08 than 09+

    Great. Another reason why it's cheaper haha.

    All the kits say that 18's are a must.Pro Comp has it in huge, bold lettering on the front page of the instruction book. I didn't....with wheel spacers added, my tie rod end clears the inside of my wheels by about 3mm. It isn't much but it worked. Hard to say if it would work again on another truck. The back spacing / offset have to be perfect.

    So we ended up calling rough country and he said that 17" wheels are fine for my truck. Got the 17" XD addicts in already and the lift and hopefully the tires will be in tomorrow. Should have everything installed on Tuesday!!

    Just for kicks, I drove to work like an ass (2 days driving was about 230 miles roundtrip).....quick accelerations, stopping quickly vs. coasting, driving well above my normal speeds, etc. I got 15.3 mpg.....worst mileage ever, not counting towing trailers. Normal driving gets me 17 or a tad over.
