2 trips in the past month. We rented a TT, it was a little bigger than I really like, but the Taco towed it no problem. I've grown tired of sleeping in the dirt. A fridge, shower A/C, heat, and queen bed is so nice ;)

Trip to Olympic National forest, Mammoth Lakes, June Lake and Yosemite. Put a lot of miles on the taco, but had an amazing trip.

Thanks, I took over a thousand pictures on the trip. Cali has so many places to go, Big Bear, dessert, NorCal, etc. We are trying to go at least 2 different places every year, since I am actually home. We are trying to hit the Grand Canyon and Yellowstone this fall, but we'll see.

I live in CC! I've gotten my wife to go with me to PINS once but I picked a bad day, we weren't liking the sandstorm :D I would love to have been there w/a storm rolling in. Can't wait for the cooler weather to start sinking in so we can camp again, likely in the hill country.

My wife does go with me every time and yeah, we've had our shins sandblasted a few times, so I know what you mean. This is funny, I drive down to camp in your back yard and you drive up to camp in my back yard :D.
Speaking of storms, here's a pic of what was blowing in as we were leaving on Sunday.

Just got back from a 6-day stay in a campground. I just picked up the Zodi i.hut and it worked great as a shower shelter. I kept the tanks in the back of the truck and hooked up a quick disconnect on the water line-

Parking the truck next to the shower also blocked off the campsite from the road so it was completely private. The whole dirt area in the picture was my 'driveway' as we were set well back from the road-

After two years of climbing in and out of an RTT, this trailer was awesome! No ladder and with the genset (hiding under the tarp), we had good AC power which was a nice treat-

    Overall shot of camp-

The campground was in a canyon and here's a couple shots of the view from camp-

Even though the trailer means I've lost my hitch, I've gained the ability to bail from camp to go exploring with the truck-

The pup lying in wait in the bushes-

Glam shot of the rig during a stop on the way home-
