Basically, I am Data Center Tech Support for our clients who are willing to pay extra money so they don't have to interact with our India headquarters.

Trust me, WE don't even want to talk to the India side, who are somewhat educated. Much less the companies that have India-based facilities.

when i hear those accents i just hang up. can't understand a freakin thing they are saying. But then again they may be saying "what is this retarded redneck saying" about me on the other end

 

I do Security

 

Every time we get a call from them we say a lot of "Uh-huh"s until we can get it across that they have to Email us the details before we will do work for them. (State-side policy to reduce comm f'ups.)

 

Me too for L. L. Bean. Not so much Loss Prevention but I work on and test all the camera, security and fire systems for all of the stores, warehouses, factories and call centers etc...

 

lol. oright i'm gonna try one last time to pass level 40 on candy crush and then start the slow roll to the house. my schedule is on a two week rotation so this week i work mon,tues,fri,sat,sun. off wed,thurs. next week i work the days i had off and have off the days i worked. so I only work wed,thurs. so every other week is a three day weekend for me. I work from 2000 til 0600.

 

I watch the cameras you test
