Fuck insurance companies. I just spoke with claims person handling my case she said 1100. because they consider it an act of God and I am responsible for my 500. deductable. When pushed she admitted that they have to wait til his company responds.

 

I got rear-ended by a WWII vet, purple heart recipient (and nice old dude). He had USAA. I informed my insurance company of the incident and told them to wait, his insurance company called me up offering money and a rental the next morning. Needless to say, my insurance company is now USAA.

 

I guess technically, any accident could be an 'act of God' by their standards... Wasn't aware that stupidity fell under the 'act of God' clause.

 

Someone had my try Budlight Platinum the other day. Said it's better than regular Budlight. Still taste the same to me, and I refuse to believe it's has 6% ABV.

Not a big beer guy but I dont drink bud. You have to give them credit considering the size of the brews and the consistency they show but it sucks

It wouldn't. It shouldn't. I would fight that big time. God did not put that bed liner in the guys truck.

The way that sounds is that they are trying to say that the wind took it but it would only be an act of God if the truck was parked and high winds from a storm took it out and hit your truck. The guy driving down the highway has nothing to do with a act of God.

I have Allstate. When I hit a dear, they considered that "an act of God", and didn't charge me anything to have my car fixed, which was about $3K of damage.

 

I have to get home and get her email and then head to his shop.
