I agree. He is definitely responsible and he agreed but they want to wait and see if his company fights it. Reguardless I am not responsible and should not be punished.

Here is my argument towards what happened to your truck. Who installed that liner for that guy was it the owner of the truck? The dealer where he bought the truck? A 3rd party installer? This has to be known and go after who ever improperly installed the bed liner! I've installed tons of them following the manufactures guidelines on how to properly install them and I agree if improperly installed air will get under and they'll flop out at high speeds.

 

Well coors and platinum are not good.

 

Hoegaarden is my favorite Belgian white, but that might be overkill!

Some of their Imperials are good but the stout is a no go for me double bock aint too bad

The only thing I could see them being douchy on is them trying to argue you were following too close or something

 

In this case they're hoping you take the first offer and like you said the fighting of it or not. What your company should do is nail his company to the wall so ultimately yours doesn't pay. So they have to subrogate it..BFD, that's their job.
