    Are you looking for Devil Horns or Model T?

    You don't have to change you grille for Devil Horns, they'll install direct to your OEM grille.

    For Model T it depends....
    You can buy the mid bracket and it will install between your OEM grille and the model T
    If you have a Mesh-type grille the Model T has an 8 hole pattern to have screws fasted to the mesh grille.
