Did you guys ever post close up photos, or show how it's installed/mounted to the cab?

Drop the front of the headliner, drill your holes, mount the brackets, seal with silicone and tighten everything down.

Found this from when we mounted the prototype

As soon as I have a truck here at the shop for an install I will post a full write up and will draw up some instructions but its really simple. Hardest part is finding the courage to drill through your roof haha

Bump! Only have a few of the first run left. Pricing will go up slightly on the next run of brackets. Dont forget your deck seal and locking hardware on your order to wire your LED bar secure and clean

Haha! I'm honestly not surprised. Just for you guys here's final proof that the mounts DO exist haha Prototype in orange, production in the middle and a "special" option we will be testing out... :spy:

I will be measuring for the drill template tonight and hardware should be in early next week. Only a few sets left

Just playing around with the laser cutter. This is just a tester, I haven't even mocked those up yet. My assumption is that the dual bars may be too heavy for the brackets and cause some shaking with out some sort of back bracing to but we will see. If anything it will be something cool to throw on for events

I like the dual bar setup, curious how that will work out. Thanks for the pics. Sent payment earlier this week, looking forward to getting my light bar mounted! When is the first round going to ship?

Does it whistle going down the road or highway? My buddy's JK does it pretty bad.

Rigid now has rubber isolators to take care of the whistling, its kind of unavoidable when mounting at the windshield. There are a couple ways to take car of it one being using soft 1/4" sprinkler tubing in the heat sinking, if anyone needs the isolators after you get your bar shoot me a PM and ill source you a set.

Looking at those mounts, are you supposed to have the weather stripping still in there?

I think the spacers are there to go through the stripping.
