    I know... I am thinking of getting the windshield tinted at like 30 - 40% just keeps the interior so nice and cool. Also keeps my hands from burning when I touch the steering wheel in the morning. :D

    You can only tint the windshield if all the other windows are tinted to provide no less then 27% light transmittance. And your windshield tint can allow no less then 70% light transmittance.

    Appraisal was done yesterday. Moving out this this weekend. Hopefully closing soon. Was able to work out some details on the spec home. Should be able to work it out. With the one we want only a two car garage and a basement. But it should be done in November.
