    Gluten free since Feb. Whiskey is a grain alcohol, and I no have grains.

    I also stick away from most corn based items...

    Slight intolerance. Also, I went strictly Paleo back in Feb. I made my goal and am just maintaining right now, but I am still sticking away from glutens. They kill my body. I instantly feel fatigued when one slips into my diet. My head spins now from lack of having them for so long.

    I was doing good back in Missouri with only drinking water, milk, or apple juice. Eating plenty of fruits and veggies.

    Now that I'm here it's like a mini vacation with some studying required. Everybody eats out! I miss how it felt from eating healthy haha

    Dairy is actually bad for most humans after they are weaned off of it.

    I eat burgers, but no... not fast food burgers. Certain fries are actually not bad for you. Just need to find out what oil they are cooked in.

    Yes, yes we are. I actually do have cheese on occasions. According to one of the sites I used to go to a lot for dieting tips (paleo hacks)... it said "do you think gronk (caveman ancestor) didn't open up the stomach of one of his prey and NOT eat the curdled milk?"
    Yeah, it's a no go with milk for this guy.
