Crap, peeked under the truck earlier today and it looks like I'm poking out about 3/4" to an 1". Might need to get a DS spacer :*(.

I've got some...ride in my truck sometime. I never really think to try to pinpoint it, but sometimes I'll look over and the passenger seat is vibrating like CRAZY. I've got mild (to me I guess) take off vibes, free way vibes...random vibes. Probably because my alignments off, lifted, aftermarket wheels, All-terrain tires, you name it lol

Passenger Seat shaking is driveshaft vibes..steering wheel is alignment or front tire balance. .if you can feel it in your seat its rear tire balance. ..I have no vibes at all now...and im on 35 mud grapplers...if youve never seen them...they arent exactly the most smooth tire

    EVERYTHING
    Hey guy's
Ok I need to chime in because I don't want to see any issues from the driveshaft spacer install... PLEASE make sure that you are NOT getting your measurement while the rear of the truck is in the air. Please remember that as the suspension compresses the driveshaft will move into the trans. That's why there is a slip yoke on the back of the trans. If the spacer is too long you can damage the trans which will cost a bunch to fix. Most of the time your vibes that you have are tire balance or Toyota related issues like non hub centric wheels and lug nuts. The CB drop is one of the easiest fixes out there and one of the most common. Simple fix is to get a bunch of washers and start with 3 washers on each side to drop the carrier brg and See if that helps. If it gets better or is gone then you found the problem. and remember even the carrier brg drop will change the distance on the driveshaft on the slip yoke...Not much but it will... Last thing is to check u-bolts and re-tighten... and I mean TIGHTEN... Don't put a wrench on it or a short ratchet... THIS WILL NOT WORK.... Get a breaker bar and tighten the piss out of it...lol.... no but really tighten the piss out of it... Hope this helps......

He is correct...mine was sitting In The drive way..all 4 tires on the ground. .I unbolted from the rear as well as loosened the carrier bearing bolts. ..I centered the carrier bearing and tightened it back up and then made sure everything was exactly where I wanted it...then took my measurement..my trucks pretty tall so the 1.25" worked perfect

I would like to preserve the stock ride. What is the downside of running MT spindles with stock suspension <prerunner SR5>? What is the best method of raising the rear 4" for a perfectly level lift? Sounds like a block is a bad idea. Is there a 4" higher leaf pack? What about all the driveshaft discussion. Will i need to do that? Thank you kindly.
