Im almost there, ive been driving all over lately, trying to get these things broken in. Driving about 100+ miles a week getting to work and back plus the driving I do around town im racking up the miles pretty fast.

yessiirr, no towing or heavy acceleration (4banger don't really have to worry about that lol) and no driving more than 50 miles at a time without allowing a cooling cycle.

 

ECGS says it had more to do with the oil getting burnt and ruining the bearings. Im guessing that's why they recommended running 85-140 for the break in.

 

That's what I run, been pretty happy with it.

 

after break in im stepping down to a thinner oil. filling the front diff was a complete pain in the dick.

hi guys, been a busy day, put skids and nerf bars on my sis's quad, took the shell off my truck, and broke down and remounted 4 quad tires.

4x shorty..very nice !!... don't see too many, put a solid axle under the front, lock both ends, lift it 4" ,put at least some 35"'s on it & go pretty much wherever the hell you want, i miss my '83

 

We would build bikes when i was a kid , couldn't be real choosy about parts used, we'd jump'm break 'm oddly a few looked like the one in the pic

Fuck my life. I forgot to register for classes on my appointment date. With classes being cut, teachers being laid off, I get to pick from the bottom of the barrel just to crash classes and sit on wait lists....blehhhhhh I feel like a piece of shit when im not in school. /rant carry on
