Will the tech deck work with an aftermarket radio (single din) installed?

It should work no problem...as the aftermarket bezel mimics the factory bezel. The Xtreme version has a small aluminum backer plate that fits inside
    the bezel.

Thanks for your order Andy. If the aftermarket bezel gives you any trouble on the backer bar, let us know.

We're doing our best to get all orders out same day or next day.
We boxed it up last night and dropped it off at the PO this morning.
VERY NICE LOOKING TRUCK but the way. Love your Baja rack!

Dang! Ordered less than 48 hours ago and got it today! Thanks guys!.. Now finding time to get it put on.

EDIT: no bolts to mount the 1" ball bases are included with the tech deck or the xtreme vision?

I need this! But with 1/8" on each side (1/4" total) my V2W will not work. So is there enough room on the "wings" to machine a cut on both sides to fit the Flyzeye and still leave enough bracket in the "wing" for support? If you like I can model a profile in Solidworks to show you what I mean; just PM me.

I'd like to get the Extreme Version.

Installing mine this Friday with KevinSC. Got the hardware today from lowes, to save everyone time here are the bolt/nut/lock washer sizes I got that fit both the tech deck and rear view bracket (all with ram ball).
    Bolt: Hillman (stainless metric) - M5-.80 x 20 SS
Hex Nut: Hillman (stainless steel) M5-.80
Split lock washers: Hillman (stainless steel) 5mm

The thread count (20) is important because on the xtreme vision rear view bracket the holes are threaded and these go right in. Hope this helps other buyers. Product is very solid and ill post pics Friday night!

Total cost was less than $3.50

FYI...the Mirror Risers and Tech Deck come will all necessary mounting hardware. If they arrive without...we goofed...contact us...we'll get some to you.

The only hardware you need is the fasterners for the RAM balls. RAM does not supply those.

Azog...did you not get installation hardware???

Yes Sir. I got the hardware for both. What I posted was to attach the ram ball on the mirror riser and 3 ram balls on the deck itself.

Nice products, I'm going to order both. I'll put the heavy duty tech deck to the test; planning to mount a full size iPad in a full LT truck.

Very interested in this for an iPad mount....OP, have either of you guys run an iPad on the TechDeck for any extended amount of time? Over rough roads? I'm just curious as to how it holds up to having that much weight hanging on it. I purchased an 18" RAM mounting arm a while back and eventually sold it because the iPad rocked back and forth the whole time, making it difficult to read; it drove me crazy. If this mount is totally solid and doesn't lead to anything of the dash pieces cracking over time, I'm in for one. Nice job on putting in the development time on these.
