    add 1lb chard and artichoke hearts s&p 3 cloves chopped garlic and boil pasta

    boil pasta till 2 min shy of al dente and add 1/3 cup sundried tomatoes... boil 2 min




    then drain but save 1 cup pasta water... add this to 1tbs tomato paste in a bowl and mix together

    combine sausage mixture, pasta mixture, tomato paste mixture, 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil, 2/3 cup parm, 1tbs red pepper flakes, and s&p to taste

    i actually cook for a living.... i wouldn't call myself the resident chef though
