    I'm dying too. Still waiting for them to finish now. They work slower than mole's ass in January. For the price I'm paying though I have ZERO complaints. :cool:

    I would say that Plasti-dip that is installed professionally would stand up to a lot like Ost says. It's all in the prep of what you are applying it to. The rattle can stuff is not same as a pro coating. Cost though I am not certain. Ost how much are they charging to coat an entire vehicle? For a solid color application that you don't think you will change or get sick up it would be the best option as it is similar to painting a car.

    As far as vinyl is concerned the newer vinyls are just as stout and flexible. The material is no different then clear bra. And what is clear bra designed for... to protect from rocks and bugs. Cost is definitely higher but design options are endless. Depending on installer, each car is plotted by panel and could be saved in a database. You scratch or tear the vinyl really bad say on a bedside fender you can get just that piece reprinted. As trends change vinyl can be removed and a new design put on. I have been looking into this a bit more recently for my own reasons.
