The canyons was awesome! Played in an awesome terrain park and hit a ton of sick features nothing like we have at our hill, like this 60 ft booter. Don't think I have ever hit anything this big, just don't have em at my local hill. Def stepped up my comfort level up hitting big jumps though!

haha when I first got to the top of the jump line I let out a "holy shit" as well. There were 3 of them and they (especially the last 2) looked freakin huge! The first one wasn't as bad, so I just said fuck it and tried it and knuckled it. and rode by the last 2. Next go I asked a guy where to start for the first one, and if you could do the third and still skip the second (was deff the scariest, didnt want to fuck myself up that trip so i even skipped it). Got comfy on the first one after a couple laps and just said fuck it and and went for the last one (the pic). The take off actually was really nice! Unlike the first one which had a lot of pop the third one was more floaty and had more distance so it was a smooth take off. Didnt have enough speed to land in the sweet spot so i came up a tad short, but certainly stepped up my confidence for huge jumps.

I'm a fan of them, the same guys also hand make Lib Tech boards here in the US. The Magne-traction on those boards are solid, 7 points of contact, which shreds through hard pack/ice (abundant here on the east) but does not hang you up in pow and softer stuff. Banana Tech is nice too, its like the EZ - V tech some Burton boards have.

    Nice vid on the Credit:

I'm actually looking into a Lib Tech Skate banana at the moment, but now that you brought that board up, it sounds right up my alley as well. Going to do some HW on it later!

Yeah huge booters are weird like that. Like you know as long as you keep your wits and commit there is a good chance you will be fine even if you barely knuckle it. I mean even if you fuck up the landing the down slope on it is usually steep enough to let you just slide it out. Even so, they still freak me out.

Ya exactly, the most important part is just telling yourself "don't speed check, don't speed check" and that all just comes with the comfort level of the feature.

Nice let me know what you think of it. I had a buddy let me use a Park Pickle and it was a very easy to ride board (very forgiving)

My little play area for today. Went up and set up some rails and had a spring rail session. Snow was so slushy and so dam slow I had to start at the top of the hill just to make it all the way down the rail lol. This will be my last time riding till next winter because all the snow is basically gone.

Anybody else out there dreaming about snow?!?! Man, I can't wait for the season to start. It is seriously all that I think about everyday! Looks like there might be a couple of good films coming out next month too, can't wait to check them out for a little pre-season stoke!

I am!! also i been looking at a weather forum, looks like we are going to have an early fall, fall weather really setting in, in about 3 weeks or so. no out look on a winter yet, but we have had a below average summer temps, and it’s been really wet, i’m hoping that it stays and we have below average winter(and even fall temps) and hope it is “wet”/ we get a lot of snow.

whats a good jacket guys? I have black valcom pants, thought about valcom jacket with powder flap that zips to the pants but don’t have to have it. would at least like it to have an elastic band to help keep snow and cold out.
