    only thing with welding... thats going to be around 150$, or I could order the plate that famous fabs makes that matches the factory holes.. but thats 200$

    You cant bolt those on unless you are only interested in looks. Spend the $150 to get them welded. Or there are a number of welders on here that could do it for a reasonable price. Just gotta ask nicely ;).

    Trucks at dealer getting Diff looked at due to metal shavings in there from oil change. I have found out that contacting Toyota Corporate directly with a problem and having a case number gets immediate attention from the service manager when you arrive.

    So, Talked with the tech, super nice older guy named Matt. Hes gonna completely disassemble my rear diff and inspect it with a fine tooth comb. Surprised me as I expected them to just bore-scope it with a camera. Trucks gonna be there for a couple days so they are doing the front diff service for me while its in there.

    Under warranty so will see what they say about the rear. :(

    mofos jacked my alignment again. found out a small place in town also does alignments so i will be going there from now on. the shop i took it to is highly reputable but in the two (actually 4) times i have been in there they have messed something up. both times were for alignment. took it in when i first bought the truck and they left a bolt hand tightened, so i took it back and had them fix that. now getting another alignment today the steering wheel is turned about 10-15 degrees to the left and jerks to the right if i let go of the wheel. going back first thing in the morning and they will fix it one way or another. :banghead: :mad::mad::mad:

    An event like this is going to draw alot of customers to this dealership especially if its advertised. I would see if the dealer would offer something to the Yotas that show up. Maybe 15% off parts and accessories purchased that day, or discounted oil change or something. :confused:
