    I'm trying to do as heavy as I can while maintaining good form, right now I can do 180lbs and do about 8 reps I'm also trying to do 100 pulls up daily

    Thoughts on gloves vs no gloves for weightlifting? My hands are seriously sweaty and I've started getting to a point that I'm not comfortable; risking dropping the weight on my chest/face/feet.

    chalk is the best of both world, eliminate sweat and increase grip like mad, most gym don't allow it buttfuckem :D
