Working on getting ready for the Las Vegas classic any advice you guys may have is appriciated

 

some heavy rackpull will make your christmas tree stronger than ever

 

No advice...but good luck, 11 or so weeks to be on point and shredded. What class?

 

I'm trying to do as heavy as I can while maintaining good form, right now I can do 180lbs and do about 8 reps I'm also trying to do 100 pulls up daily

 

Thanks man, I know it's close but I'm trying my best to be ready. Ill be doing the men's physique class no bodybuilding

Question for anyone and everyone:

Thoughts on gloves vs no gloves for weightlifting? My hands are seriously sweaty and I've started getting to a point that I'm not comfortable; risking dropping the weight on my chest/face/feet.

 

Recent shots of my progress. It feels good to see my chest finally show some shadows haha

 

I don't like gloves, personally. I feel like I can get a better grip without them. I either use chalk or straps

chalk is the best of both world, eliminate sweat and increase grip like mad, most gym don't allow it buttfuckem

 

liquid chalk. stuff is great for gyms that don't allow the regular stuff

i get a giant zip lock bag and just chalk my hands in the bag no mess no complains. but yeah like you said don't be a gym hooligan

Nice man! lats looking jacked and feathered, but damn that tie in is so high, one of my buddy's lats tie in is almost to his ass, when he spread his lats them bitches literally look like wings, like those squirrels that can glide . genetics is not fair bro lol

at least you don't have short hobbit legs and T-rex arms like me. im also butthurt about the fact that i can't grow a beard.

 

True i've got a michael phelps wing span and 12 year old girl legs

 

IDK if anybody follows the up n coming Mr.O, but this year jay is looking pretty good, gonna be interesting seeing how kai phil and jay throw it down.
