As bad as it hurts my heart, I'm having to upgrade to a full size truck due to having 3 children under the age of 3 years old and needing the extra room. I bought this truck new in February 2010, and it has 56,400 miles on it. As stated in the thread title, this is a feeler, and I want to see what y'all think would be a fair asking price for this truck. I'm thinking along the lines of $31-32k, but want TW's input. Thanks for your interest!

Thanks, I hate to get rid of it, but I've gotta have a bigger back seat. Hopefully some folks will come along and give me an idea of what a fair asking price would be...I'm having a hard time deciding b/c of all the extras...the Kelley Blue Book is about $27k without any of the add-ons (including the supercharger), so I think $31k would be pretty fair, but that's why I'm posting here, to get some opinions from the pros!

I think it's a little high priced based on your milage vs. age. Plus you always read mods/add-on's don't add value. I think you'd be lucky to get 27k...just my 2 cents. GLWS!

Thanks for the reply...my main reason for thinking a little higher was the TRD Supercharger, since it was made by Toyota for this truck and installed by the dealership. I know I'm not gonna get back anywhere near the $15-$20k that I put into it in mods and don't expect to. I was just thinking that the S/C and the lift at the very least would add a little value since somebody would save alot of $$$ not having to add those themselves. Maybe that's just wishful thinking though...

If you want some money back from the mods you are better off selling parts to members of TW and have the member send you their old parts. Go back as close to factory as possible. GLWS

I may have to do that with some of the parts, but definitely not with the S/C or the lift...those are gonna have to just go with it. I'll probably end up parting out and selling some of the audio equipment, the Bestop Supertop, the projectors, etc...

Hey guys, I'll try to take some pics and pm y'all with some prices and stuff on the projectors, monitors, and supertop this weekend. I know for sure that the supertop will not be taken off until after football season, b/c I use it every weekend tailgating for football games. The headlights and the headrest monitors I'd probably be willing to part with sooner depending on the prices. I'll try to message y'all Sunday on my day off :)

Yeah I'd be willing to part with those, they'd be expensive as hell to ship though!

To give you a comparison, I recently picked up my '09 TRD OR 4x4 with a S/C already installed with only 18,505 miles total for just under $30K. The only other mod was a K&N filter.

I didn't invest much time in the negotiation with the dealer as I fell in love with it. :D

    GLWS. It's a beautiful truck.
