Just put my deposit down on a 2013 Accord Sedan EXL v6 in Obsidian Blue.

I should be taking delivery next week, depending on when the truck arrives.

I am trading in my 2010 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab v6 Sport for this. Spent the last week or so trying to track down one in the Obsidian Blue color, apparently there are only two coming in to the entire state of colorado.

Thank you everyone for all your help!

Terrible decision, you might as well have gotten a rainbow colored Prius.. At least it would be a Toyota.

A lot of the reason is that I wanted to get something sporty, with a good amount of power (v6 has 278hp) and something that will be good for when the wife and I have kids in a few years.
The one other problem is that I do 55 miles round trip every day for work and couldn't justify the fuel cost every 5 days...

I tested about 20 different makes and models, from coupe to sedan to crossover, and this one was my favorite. I know most of you will be mad at me for it, and I would be mad at you guys too, but I wish everyone well and there is always a chance I could be back in the future.

You don't have to explain, there are plenty of variables... you gotta do what you gotta do (and not everyone can have two vehicles). GL

I'm hoping when that day comes maybe just a corner or two of my card will be cut instead of loosing the whole dang thing.

Me personally couldn't drive a car every day and the car I could drive still wouldn't be efficient to drive.

some of this, a little of that
That would be a lot of fuel. Good luck, hope you like the Accord.

I drove the Camry, for one, it doesn't have a v6, doesn't handle as well and Honda somehow holds its value better. I did test an Avalon, but the price was 5k more than I wanted to spend

My wife's 2012 Civic (4 cyl) is one of the best driving, running, fuel efficient, and powerful cars we have ever owned. I am always amazed when I drive it how responsive and well built it seems. I can imagine what an Accord would be like to drive, especially with a V6.

    Enjoy the ride.
