Remember old school squat-thrusts they used to make you do in gym class? It's like that except you have to jump and reach your arms straight up at the end instead of just standing up. They suck!

Well don't miss an obstacle. They are also good for endurance/ strength training in general. Throw 20-30 in like every .5 to 1 mile of a run for extra butt kicking.

 

Or better yet for me, don't sign up for this self-abuse. This fat boy don't run!

Sorta like grass drills, but not as bad.

We had to do 30-60+ per practice for football at Austin. When you fucked up, grass drills. When coach was pissed at the world, grass drills. When you lose, grass drills. When you don't win well enough, grass drills. Birthday? Grass drills! Out of breath? Grass drills! Smile on your face? Mother fucking grass drills! Have a cast because you broke your arm (happened to me)? Still more grass drills because you deserve to suffer for your weakness!
