Finally got my lift, tires, and wheels all installed. 883s with top plate spacer and dakars +DX6L ALL. Running 285/70/17 duratracs on 17 inch tundra/sequoia wheels. Loving the difference in ride quality to far!

I used alot of foam and alot of dynamat to completely seal it and make sure there was no rattles. I also sprayed undercoating over some of the dynamat for extra dampening.

Overall I'm very happy with it, they are two 8in Kicker CVRs and I stuffed the cubbys with poly fill and I think it hits pretty hard for such small subs.

If I could go back and do it over again I probably would go with two shallow-mount 10s just because there is very limited airspace.

Question: Picked up a torque wrench for my leaf spring u-bolts, the destructions say to loosen any fastener before torquing.... is this safe to loosen the u-bolts without the truck jacked up or supported in any way?

lol yes the destructions. Just don't wanna unscrew a vital part if it needs to be done a certain way or supported somehow.

Not looking to sell, looking to buy. This is the pic the guy sent me. I'd want to cut it down to 1" to put it on my truck. I know lots of people have major problems with body lifts but that's because most do 3" which is stupid. I only want 1" for a little extra clearance for future bigger tires. I know I'll still have to tub though.

Looks great! Glad to see you kept it. I'd do the same thing.

    Look at build!
FWIW, you can get a complete Roger Brown 1" BL that's way better quality than that for around the same price.. I had it all priced out a while back but no longer needed it so never got around to ordering it.. but its worth a look.

Do you have a link? That body lift is also an hour and a half away and I really don't want to make that drive just to pick this up. I'm not even going to put it on for a while either.

The site is quite aggravating but not too bad. Quality stuff though & lots of options, I believe when I priced mine it came out to around $60
