    we were all scraping pretty hard regardless of wheelbase, real skids are a good investment. Shoshone was tough, period.

    I know a couple of you were asking about the cookies so here is the recipe. Now you won't have to wait until the next meet for awesome cookies!!!
    If you need the gluten free version this is all I do, and honestly I can't taste the difference between the 'real' cookies and the 'fake' ones!
    Gluten free flour blend:
    1.5 cups sorghum flour
    1.5 cups potato starch OR cornstarch
    1 cup tapioca flour
    Mix well and store in an air tight container. I keep this around, in bulk, as it can be substituted 1:1 for regular, wheat flour in any recipe. You will have to add in xanthan gum (I use 1 tsp for every 1 cup of flour blend) when you're ready to bake.
