    I have a brand new set off my truck with 50 miles....im only in the country for the next couple of days, located in deep creek Chesapeake.

    With a straight edge laid across the brackets they should all line up flush and touch....

    This one in the middle (on the passenger side tube) is the problem child:

    I should have put a ruler to it but the pictured gap is greater than 1/4" - kinda teeter totters on the middle bracket.
    Driver's side has one in a similar fashion but it is an end plate and doesn't throw off the entire alignment.

    Great welding job, design and heavy duty brackets; just poor implementation.
    Both sides can be fixed easy enough... just gonna take some time and patience to get it right again -- and a couple :sandwich::sandwich:
