    Prove it???

You're logic is flawed as all vehicle depreciate. Not to mention, you got it all wrong with supply and demand. With no more vehicles produced, the used market is the only way to go. Has the Ford Ranger used market bottomed out? Not that the Ranger had much of a resale value to begin with, but based on what you're saying it should be significantly worse....I beg to differ, and I think you're wrong.

    I'll give I a stab,

    http://www.kbb.com/new-cars/best-resale-value-awards-2013/

    http://www.kbb.com/honda/ridgeline/...eid=261563&intent=trade-in-sell&mileage=36000

So a thee year Ridgeline even with it known will be discontinued is still commanding a $23K trade in value. So again I ask where's your proof. Notice 3 of the top 10 vehicles with the highest resale values sell in low volume (FJ, Land Cruiser and 4-Runner)

And when have you ever come close to KBB trade in value when trading in your vehicle?? Dealership sure as hell doesn't use it.

You and I will just have to agree to disagree on this my friend.

Everyone I know that has a Ridgeline is v ery happy with them. They have some pretty cool features. In bed lights (4), and the locking in bed "trunk" is pretty cool. AND.....I think they look pretty good.

I got over KBB by about 2k bucks on my Tacoma, and over KBB by 1500 on my Accord.

I got 500 over KBB without any effort on a 7 (nearly 8) year old Scion. Scratches dents and repairs, oh my!

You guys have been lucky then. I haven't had that kind of luck. They either give you more for your trade and take off less on the new vehicle or vice versa.

The worst deal I got on a vehicle, was $1000 under invoice with the trade. I think its more of knowing how and where to shop, vs. getting "lucky".

Wha?? Just why?! NO, definitely don't do that. There's no truck out there like a tacoma ESPECIALLY not a ridgeline
If you really don't want the 4wd, then get a loaded prerunner. They still look cool.

Leather, sunroof, 4 wheels coils, independent suspension, all wheel drive for inclement weather, etc. are compelling reasons to switch.
