The "x" series are the new coils which are no longer prone to sag. Best I found was on Amazon for the whole kit. Just under 1k, free shipping. Had to order a couple smaller items.

Looking at my endgame build results and trying to plan ahead:

If I go with 886s on the front (without spacers) and Dakar packs on the rear, am I going to end up level or have a rake with the following planned additions?

ARB front bumper + Warn 8000lb winch
    Full skids
    Sliders
Bed rack + PERHAPS a soft top

Also are 265/75/16s still about as big as I can go at this lift level without cap mount chop?

The truck sat level until I threw on the armor. After that she's gonna sag. Click on the pic in my sig for before and after pics. If level is where you want to be get the extended studs for the struts, you may need them for the top plate spacers.

I ordered mine on June 6 and they arrived on August 7. Vendor (in the Southeast USA) kept telling me the rear leafs were on b/o and they should arrive in about ten days or so. I think they didn't have a clue, and just kept guessing/stalling. My install appointment is next week.

If you do 1/4" spacer, you don't need new studs.

Let me explain how much it sucks to pull the struts, compress them, and install the new studs if you need the 1/2" spacer, and how grateful you would have been if someone told you to install them in the first place. Yeah, sucks the bag.

If you're ordering them new though, might as well get the longer ones. I wish I would have asked for the longer ones just in case I decide to go up to 1/2" spacers instead.

Did the stud bend or did the shoulder on the stud press through the washer? Hopefully just a weak washer, easy fix.

The latter. Weak washer. Happened on both sides. Going to give ToyTec a call and see what they say. All its encountered is speed bumps and some mudding. Didn't want to do anything with crazy travel since I hadn't installed the extended brake lines (which is what I was doing yesterday when I found the bent washers).

Was wondering if anyone else had encountered the same issue. I don't remember seeing any posts on it.

Just checked mine.....my drivers side looks just like that. Passenger side is fine though. Might need to contact wheeler's.

Noticed my washer is much thicker, sits lower, and has much more of a curved shape.

Purchased early spring of 2012. If I remember right those parts were included in the kit directly from OME. I bought it on Amazon for a steal.

    I can't even find a 1.25" AAL who makes one ?

I had a 2" AAL put on my truck and the back is too high, I want less lift in the rear.
