Magic worked. They tapped some holes and used the taps to press off the drum.

Loudpedal has 12 brand new lugs and now doesn't have to worry about changing a flat.

I was just wondering if the ottraw light switches fit in the blanks in the tacos or do I need to sand a bit? Been wanting to swap my dog switch out.

LOTS of wiring, dual battery setup, Solar charging system, with some random lights spread around here and there.
You will have to do a bit of sanding to get them to fit that I believe. I may be wrong. I used the Daystar switches in mine.

Ya from the looks of it a little sanding will need to be done no biggie.

Just curious what a price would be for painting my taco a different color. the black on it now, I can see everything and don't like that, to much aggravation, especially in this area with sand and rocks hitting to truck

Is there someone in the Las Cruces area that can help me take a look at my truck? My check engine light has been on for awhile and don't know what it is. I've changed the fuel filter, checked for hose leaks, and other stuff. Could it be the MAF? My truck isn't stuttering thou. Also some one with 33s I can try on to see if they fit with my lift :) Let me know

Take it to vatozone and have them pull the codes. It's free.

I did a little while back when it first came on and it could be any of these

    • Base engine "mechanical" fault affecting one or more cylinders
    • Check for air leaks after the MAF sensor
    • Check for air leaks in the Air Induction system
    • Check for air leaks in the exhaust manifold and in the exhaust pipes
    • Exhaust leaks located in the front of the AFS or HO2s location
    • Fuel control sensor is out of calibration (e.g. ECT, IAT, or MAP)
    • Fuel delivery system supplying too little fuel during cruise or idle periods (e.g. faulty fuel pump or dirty, restricted fuel filter)
    • Fuel injector (one or more) dirty or pressure regulator has failed
    • HO2S has failed (it may be contaminated with fuel, silicone or water)
    • Vehicle driven low on fuel or until it ran out of fuel

    plus several more!

I just installed a hitch on a Jeep. I feel violated.

I was pleasantly surprised that the bolts were metric.

    Must be the German's fault.

I need to do that, my sliders instantly formed surface rust once I moved out here.

Mod Day was a success. Managed to get to work in one piece. Brakes and e-brake still need a little adjustment. E-brake handle comes way out but does still engage adequately. Tom and Greg, thanks again for coming to help. I doubt that I could have done this alone.

Hey fellas, I'm moving to Taos this Saturday from Fort Davis, Texas. I don't have a place set up yet and I'll pretty much be living out of my truck until I find a home. Any suggestions for a good place to set up for a couple weeks till I find a house? Close to a creek or river would be ideal for showers, dishes, etc. Also, I work on the computer. Any good suggestions for a comfortable spot that I can go during the day for some wifi?

    Thanks in advance,
    Luke

Anyone know of any good fabricating shops that aren't crazy expensive? planning on having a bed rack made and debating on getting some type of canvas to put on top.
