    Working on it
I zipped them up personally, it still blocks a fair majority of crap from getting flung up inside the engine compartment.

Also since zipties practically hold my work together I always have extra!

Great advice! On my last truck (big 3 full size) I put on a similar bumper and did the same thing. Also get a couple of saw horses or similar to rest it on. I had a set that allowed me to shim the bumper up into position and slide it side to side. Turned it into a one man job.

Done. Mostly myself, I was helped by my "compadre" to level the bumper, I did everything else, saved $550.00 just labor.

Looks good, but imo too close to the body. They'll hit eachother at bumps and flex.

    What haven’t I changed?
I agree, the gaps are too small. At the very least the bumper is going to be impacting the fender flares on big bumps and when the body flexes. I have a 10mm gap between my bumper and fender flares and they still touch occasionally; I can see minor rub marks on the powder coat where it is happening.

I will have time next week to increase a bit this space, then I will also start with the Off Road lights, any recommendations? I'm a hunter and I need the longest throw (not really) possible.
