It shows! So pretty much all isolation workouts? Whats your take on the whole isolation vs compound debate?

my work schedule is completely insane and never the same so all i do is pack about 4 packets of tuna with me a day and a tub of peanut butter a day and a nice full and big salad, then will workout for a couple hours after work then go home and eat 2 packets of tuna mixed with almonds and 2 cups of eggs every day and thats it. i keep it simple lol i dont need change or variety

haha ya so every single time i walk in that gym i do something different from the last time i worked out that muscle. I love compound and i love isolation. I spend a good 2-3 hours everyday working out which i know most people will say is an over kill but thats what my body has responded to the most but ya so i have plenty time in there to hit a bunch of isolated movements and a few compounds as well. i use big heavy compound lifts to add thickness and them isolation ones for shaping certain muscles.

I'm about 6 feet, 135lbs. What must I do to get ripped

My goal is to go to the gym 6 days a week:

    Day 1: Chest/Triceps/Shoulders - Abs
    Day 2: Back/Biceps/Forearms
    Day 3: Legs - Abs
    Day 4: Rest
    Day 5: Chest/Triceps/Shoulders - Abs
    Day 6: Back/Biceps/Forearms
    Day 7: Legs - Abs

*scoop of ON Gold Standard WHEYYYYYYY after each work out

So I ask the larger TWers, is this enough?

If you only weigh 135 lb's at that height you need to only do compounds and eat, then eat some more, then continue eating.

NO, that it is not enough. Instead of having one scoop, have 3, with peanut butter and whole milk.

Eat huge meals all day long.

IMO. Overtraining is when someone starts working out for the first time and tries to push big weights and big sets. But if your body is use to going to the gym everyday then theres no way you can overtrain unless you push yourself to the point of injury
