That's a little too blue for my tastes. I like how my nautical blue can pass as black with a passing glance at dusk.

That is a 13... someone photoshopped the front of a 14 4 Runner to that.

I think 2015 for sure. Apparently the Canyon will be redesigned for 2015. I would assume toyota will do the same to keep competitive.

It's a fact that trucks go away and resurface.years later, the Chevy Colorado, ford ranger, are both discont. Mid sized trucks are dying fast. Even full size trucks are discont. That have been sold for years.

It's almost like they want one mold and then just add features to it. Give it a few years it'll come back and cost 60k.

I said the same thing in 2001 when someone told me that in 15 years I'd be carrying around 64gig of flash-RAM on my keyring.

x2 Just a little too bright for my tastes. Still better than the old Speedway Blue IMO.

    Nahh... I'm a realist.

By 2016 I'll probably have a smartphone that has more capacity than all of the computing power on the planet today.

    But in 2000, I was thinking, 64 gig? That's a LOT of pr0n!

Yeah, I like of the current design better. Thing is about the new Tacoma, whenever it shows up, it will probably have the newer improved engines we been hearing about. It'll be interesting to see what Toyota does to improve gas mileage on the Tacoma going forward.

It will be interesting to see how much content would be carried over from the 4Runner and how much would be new. If the 3rd gen Taco is coming only in 2016, it'll be the first time with a huge disparity between the 4Runner redesign and the pickup redesign.

One can never have too many light bars.
I would be willing to bet that the current Tacoma is still a better truck than the 2015 Canyon/Colorado. Hell I would probably rather have a 1st Gen Taco as well.

Glad there isnt a redesign coming out. Doesn't bother me as I just bought a 13 DCSB TRD Sport and don't want to be wishing I waited for a 14. I am interested in seeing if they do the taco in silver sky. I parked my 13 taco silver streak next to my 08 Tundra silver sky and I must say I prefer the deeper silver of the tundra. But hey I love them both and the taco is an awesome upgrade from my 99. Bees knees! Toyota trucks are the shit!

I saw on a TW forum that they are making the T100 again instead of the Tacoma. This time with the Lexus engine that's in the LF-A, except with a Bi-Turbo and it will be able to tow 25,000LBS. It's true, I saw it on here.

I like my 013 taco, but I never should have sold my 09 Colorado LT 3.7. I liked just about everything on that Colorado more than I do my Taco. My Colorado had much, much more power w/ similar hgwy mpg, in town my taco gets about 2 mpg better. It was more comfortable and I thought it looked nicer as well. The back-up camera / touch screen radio on the taco is nice, but that's about the only thing better. I buy new every 4 years or so and I like small 2wd xcab trucks for light duty errands. I had no choice this time around and ended up with the obvious.
A new Taco should have a small turbo diesel with a rugged 5 spd auto...other than that the 013 is a good offering. If the Colorado comes to market with a small t-diesel, that will be my next truck.

Look up and see what that 09 Colorado is worth now compared to what you paid for it. One thing that alot of people forget is how well the Taco holds it's value. This does not include how unreliable the Colorado's were.
