That cylinder holds 20 lbs of liquid Co2, and needs to be hydro tested at least every 5 years to ensure integrity of the cylinder (preventing you from a cylinder explosion).

If you have no clue what I'm talking about you should Google. If that tank ruptured it will destroy your truck. There should also be a safety cap on the opposite side of your regulator which will blow and release the Co2 in the tank entirely if safe pressures are exceeded due to overfill or if the cylinder overheats.

You can search for pics of cars destroyed by compressed gas cylinders by carrying them in the trunk and truck bed also. They look bombed, which is exactly what an unsafe cylinder will become.

 

Quite literally could destroy his truck.
A tank that size needs to be held securely in case of an accident that may cause it to come loose of the mount, also. If the valve breaks it will become a missile.
