    uhoh.. haha I have wanted to mount one under a single din radio, but havent gone thru the process of fabricating a bracket. I think it would look sweet. But problem is I'd have to use my old single din and ditch my new kenwood dvd receiver.

    I canceled that order until I figure out exactly how big it is. It looks smaller then the dimensions it lists on the product specs. Ok so now I just found a video and he is saying it is about 7.25"wide and not 8.5-9" that I'm seeing on the specs :confused:

    I was originally thinking of mounting it wither under the cig lighter on the center console or even mounting the faceplate somewhere and the guts under the passenger seat.

    Yea, i like the concept of mounting the faceplate somewhere else. I had mine mounted over the little fuse access pocket, it was hanging in front of my left leg. Never hit it and it was easy to access... until i needed to access a fuse or something. I ended up taking it out and put my cobra 19 in the center console for the 'stealth' look. I've got an external speaker next to my head on the pillar. works well.

    I think this is pretty sweet, though its a 2m, i wonder if yours could fit there.
