is there an exact date on when its going out?

 

i passed on what i was told. most, if not all, ship out 5 days from the 24th (per derek), but i have yet to receive a tracking number... which he also assured me would be PM'd to individuals when their sliders ship.

 

It would have been pretty damn cool to get a shipping notice on my birthday today.

 

WOW! Am I ever glad I canceled my order over a month and a half ago... this dude is unreal...

 

i too havent heard a thing from derek, ive pm'ed him a few times and still no response.

heres the last ive heard from him...

I was going to make a very snarky post...but I refrained. Ascii- Good luck finding someone who can get you a product with this quality at this price. (I don't see that happening...but you can chalk paying more up to better customer service-I hope)

Give the man a bit of time. He is recovering from emergency surgery and still completing whatever he can.

I understand the frustration with the lack of communications from Revenge....but he is making and shipping sliders. Some of us have already gotten ours.

on another note, derek... we really need you to post up something in this thread, just for goodwill, progress, etc. i don't want people to start asking for their money back, but i'm getting to the point where i may ask for my money back. i'll give you another week before i call ya again.

 

Listen man, I like you... but for real, this guy took our orders 3 months ago... has said countless times that they are "going out Monday"... has maybe bit off more than he could chew, well, definitely has... but even if he had an appendectomy (which I doubt, I have no backing for that of course, but I doubt it) he still has some shitty work-ethic.

I'm not saying he can't make a quality sider at a great price! He can, but he can't do it for all these people in the correct manner, apparently. This guy is a douche-bag. If he had appendicitis, don't you think he'd have plenty of time while he's resting and recovering to log on to TW for 5 minutes to say "Hey guys, this is what's going on with each of your orders". I had an appendectomy when I was 19 or 20, four days in the hospital, 3 days getting my strength back at home, and BAM, I was back at work... He's a LOUSY businessman.

All I was trying to say is that, I ordered these knowing I had a month before I deployed, finally and naively realized I wasn't going to get them before I left, and come to find out, he still has issues with people. Something is wrong here, health problems or not...

 

couldn't put it any better than that...no businesman is following correct practivce by being mia..its just not right. 3 months or run around is poor service. what do you expect people who paid money to do, maybe this guy tokk all the money sittin on it in the bank, earning intrest, went on a vaca he couldn't afford, paid for the pretend surgery he maybe had, everything is heresay, and that whats pissin people off. i say if you need to vent then vent it all out.

 

if you had more then 81 post/maybe read around a little more, you would know I'm in the same boat, just with a different company, leading you to know about my sarcasm......

but yes you are right Revenge Fab should post something for piece of mind to customers

 

i knew you bought shockworks sliders, i posted in that other thread. i couldn't sense the sarcasm in the post, just felt like you were rubbin it in that you went another route.

i assumed you had rec'd your sliders or were at least getting better responses out of them, and that was the reason for the post... again, i took it literally. damn text.

i don't have anything against you dude, just peeved that after all these people are struggling just to contact this guy, you chime in and say "glad i went another route" - i'm sure you can see my folly here, again, i took what you said quite literally.








back to the topic - derek...

you really need to post something in this thread, because thus far i've taken everything you've said as the honest truth, and thus far it has been anything but that. people WILL start pulling their money (including me) if you don't post up in this thread with SOME sort of information - and don't sugar coat, or make promises you can't keep. just tell us what is going on, and please, PLEASE keep us updated. the perceived lack of progress from your lack of communication is maddening.

Good luck with a fraud suit...Sucking at communications is NOT FRAUD...and he has shipped sliders to people.
