    I used to size to 1280 pixels wide on landscape oriented photos and 1000 pixels wide on portrait oriented photos. I figured most web viewers were using monitors with a resolution of greater that 1280x1024 so the pics would fit most monitors. Then I noticed the TW limits them to 1024 wide regardless. :notsure:

    This time around, since TW wont let me display them in the size I want, the 'fixed' jpegs I upload to PB are 1600 pixels wide because all of the monitors I use are running a screen res of 1680x1050 or greater.

    Does that all make sense?

    Another nice feature i found is Vignetting. If you dont know what that means, it adds darkness to the corners to help focus on the center of the picture. Gives it a nice look

    yea my monitor is 1920x1200.

    I figure 1280 is a good way to go. Very common res for most monitors. ill just do everything 1280 and let it do the rest.

    that last pic i just posted is 1024
