:p I will. Haha it's being such a pain in the ass right now though

Anybody have problems with their light bars not being secure enough? I'm having trouble believing that two little screws, one on each leg, is going to hold the thing down. Ideas?

Hmm... Probably so, it'd be close. I'll take it out and test fit it tomorrow and let you know.

As a warning to everybody that decides to get these. They DO NOT work without the key in the accessory or on position. You must wrap/solder resister on the connections like so for them to work like the stock bulbs.

Did you do your LED gauge swap yourself too? How involved was that and where'd you get the LEDs from?

Yup, just 4 bulbs. It's not hard, just a lot of bolts/screws. I kept forgetting to remove one haha

    I got mine from superbrightleds.com

They are polar specific, so they will only work if you put them in one way. Trust me, you don't want to get it all back together and find out only 1 or 2 of them work haha

What's the reason they don't work without the key in? To much current draw?

Saw your posts and reached up to find out my dome light is out lol

I don't know, I think that's why, but don't hold me to that. All I know is that if you add in resistors, they work :D

Nice haha I caught myself using mine at night and still being able to see crap, then I rode in a friends' 4Runner with LEDs and had to get some. I think I might switch out my glove box light for LED too...

That's awesome. Do you know if theres a way to change the color of your needles too? I was thinking it would be sick to do white LED's with red needles

Some people have used fingernail polish, but you have to be very careful with them as they are flimsy. Since I like orange, it works out for me haha

As for the science behind it... I'm no einstein but as I understand it the LED's draw less current from the battery. That's why you have to add in resistors, to make it look like the stockers... Also why if you swap your turn signals out for LED's they blink super fast.
    Unless you add resistors.

Yeah, the hyper-blink makes sense to me. It just doesn't make sense to me that they not work at all when on. :notsure:

Oh, well as long as the resistors make it work then I'm happy haha

Wait, did you have to put in resistors for the dash and shifter lights too?

Nope, just the dome light and map lights require it.
