Depending on how much it's going to cost I may just pay for it myself.

Does anyone know who to go to to get a lift/leveling kit installed on a 2012 DC Sport in Salt Lake City?

I want it done right of course, but refuse to go to a dealership and dont want to get charged up the Arce.

I'm not sure where the older members are on here but years ago we would be able to get a group of people and do our own mods and lifts but like I said I'm not on TW as much anymore so I dont know what everyone has been up to?

that would be cool. but i fear i'm not super mechanically inclined, nor do i have access to a lot of tools/equipment. i do some minor stuff on my dirt bike (changing oil, spark plugs, tires, filters, etc.), but i'm not sure i could tackle the suspension of a truck. :)

For my exact lift the install and alignment was about 725 (Labor & Shop supply's) plus or minus, before the employee discount ofcourse.

Do you have before and after photos of the lift? What parts specifically did that include?

I wouldn't mind getting together sometime for a mod day. I installed my lift myself which was a full suspension replacement front and back. I've taken it apart quite a few times too so I could definitely help out a bit when it comes to that.

On another note, anyone going to the low range offroad event on sept 7th?? Last year they had a mini rock run set up in the parking lot that was pretty bad ass to watch. Lots of cool yotas!

    fyi

i have an 01 xtra cab tacoma 3.4, no mods yet, i have only owned this truck for 2 months. My old truck was a 96 single cab tacoma 3.4 2" lift 33" tires and a magnaflow exhaust that was it. i was in a car accident and unfortunaly insurance totalled my truck, but i got a new truck which is what i have now.

only thing ive done to my new white truck is black out the brake lights and paint the sun faded fender flares, i bought this truck with the check engine light on, was told it was an o2 sensor. didnt look at it before i bought it like a dumbass, turns out one of the studs on the flange for the upstream o2 was broke off, so i got another stud bolt welded in, but unfortunately i think it ruined my cat cause im still getting the p0420 code even with a new o2 sensor properly installed
