    Understood, not a huge heat/hot sauce guy. Frosted Pop-Tarts are spicy for me ;), but I used to deliver all kinds of hot sauces to a Hot Sauce specialty shop in Providence RI and that was the big seller. The word was it was the flavor and not the heat that sold it. Have at it!
