Rob that looks awesome and easy.. I made your favorite last night, Mexican lol. The wife has been working more hours and unlike me likes walking in to dinner. I may try something like that this weekend in the fire pit. Whay did you marinate the strips in

It was very easy. We had a nice full size sirloin steak that we cut into 1" strips. Coated it in a little oil and seasoned with mccormick steak seasoning and garlic.
Filpping and turning everything every couple of minutes. When it was really cooking you could hear it sizzling and the potatoes cooking right on the coals was great, they were so soft.
I cheated with the corn and just cooked on the stove but is good right in the fire as well.

    That looks good .
    Short story from lastnight .
I fire up the grill to cook some burgers . Throw the burgers on temp is set to medium , go in to take a piss . Come back out to the grill temp maxed out over 600* , open the top burgers are black and there is a raging grease fire . Lol the grease trap underneath caught on fire . Fuck me those were the last 2 burgers we had in the frig . Ordered takeout lmao need to clean the grease trap today .

Lmao not as bad as my little experience the other night. Cooking on a little camp grill. Well I'm all done pulling the tank off and they vent went you first break that seal. well long story short there was a grease fire i didn't see. fire ball straight to the tank. I threw that thing so far. luckily no boom
