Unless your welded up front it really wouldn't matter. I wouldn't remove them any time you drove on the street the shift out of 4wd. The shafts will spin and you'll here the locker ratchet from time to time but thats about it. If you really wanted lock outs and baller status go with yukon's.

    Hello SAS GURU's!!!!

    I have a predicament!!!

I need to help properly value this truck, its been on the market a month now, funding isnt a huge issue I got some more details, but going to call the shop who fabbed this truck today too

    here it is

    reponse from the seller

Hi Joe, it was built up mostly at national4wd, in Langley. The rear axle is the stock toyota with the E Locker. It's not leafs upfront but Fox Coilovers. Front axle is an All Pro D60 Hybrid with a Diamond housing, cromo axle shafts, ARB air locker. The Axle was bought brand new as was everything else, NO used parts were used in this build. The entire build minus the Tube Bed was built professionally at the shop. I just want you to know this was Not built in a backyard.

Part of it the camera angle, other part is yes it is haha. Easier to remove material than to add it. I'm basically gonna be pulling this 3-link out of my @$$ and just focus on getting things to fit. I'll check the numbers with the link calc, make necessary adjustments and then weld it all in.

Redneck; Took your advice and went with the Enduro joints.

I'd pass. Aside from workmanship issues, you'd likely want to end up changing most of it anyway. (I know I would if I bought a pre-built SAS haha :anonymous: ) I'm glad I went with a base model. Your estimate sounds right, but they'd probably laugh at it.

thats the issue, i dont think the front axle needs work other than maybe a once over to inspect the craftsmanship

the rear needs a total re work though

He must have changed it up then bc that truck was leafsprung.

And that front axle could be a $1200 junkyard axle or it could have $5k into it.
