The same shit everyone else has.
I am purchasing Bilstein 5100s for my TRD Off Road Tacoma.

Ideally, I plan on setting the fronts to raise the front 2". I would like to lift the rear about 1.5" so the truck sits level (but I'm not against going 2" all around).

All my research keeps taking me back to the Toytec long add-a-leafs.

Toytec sells 1.5" AALs for the TSB springs, but claims they will work with non TSB springs - http://toyteclifts.3dcartstores.com...af-for-Tacoma-with-rear-TSB-springs_p_16.html

My question is will the AAL still raise the truck the same 1.5" even though it doesnt have the TSB springs on it.

Or would I be better off gettings the 2" AALs made for non TSB springs?

I think the better question is what size leaf would you need on a non-tsb (3 leafs) to make it level with 5100s set at 2", and will this create a need for new UCAs?

This is mainly a bump because i have the exact same question for my '08 base model DC 4x4. not trying to jack your thread!

You cant set the 5100's at 2". Its either 1.75"s or 2.5"s. I say raise it up to 2.5"s and go with the 2" toytec non-tsb AAL's. I have a 3" lift up front with the 2" rear AAL's and my truck sits perfectly level so you might be a tad high in the rear but it will still look good. ;)

Yes. Whether or not you can get a good alignment is a subject that varies from truck to truck. Mine aligned well @ 2.5" with stock UCA's.

I'm wondering if you can judge if the alignment will hold up before buying and installing.
