Metal chatter noise from under truck

I've had the same issue (2011 TRD 20k miles). I've only used premium gas. It only happens once in a great while.

 

thanks! I am going to clean my MAF and try some high octane to see if it helps. I was always avoiding the "motor" because ife had a bunch of toyotas and the motors never game me issues.

 

I cleaned my MAF and ran a tank of 93 octane.. Noise is completely gone...This confirms it was spark knock in my eyes..

 

Did that knock ever come back? or still running good

 

it comes back with 87 octane
