    Hey all, We've been getting our butts kicked this month and now some nut shooting at our base camp! Good news is that with all the OT I'm going to be pulling the trigger on a Brute Force steel plate. I cant wait for the rain though.

    I'm back and forth between Foresthill and Grass Valley Air Attack base. We just "allocated" funds from other programs, I'm sure they are thrilled that we took their budgets. We have the FS Cobra helicopter up here, I will try to get a photo for you all. It's pretty cool!

    The DC-10 and the C-130 MAFFS are working the Rim fire near Yosemite. That thing is cranking. 100,000 acres in 2 burn periods, crazy fire behavior
