morning. Started to see some big drops falling near el centro about noon. Most stuff was still south east

 

ya, we just came up from the des house after re-stocking, may just head back for the light show it was building fast.

 

Should be a good show, looked like some serious thunder boomers building. Seems every year the week before dove opener this stuff happens and drives birds out. Hopefully we will still have some good numbers left next week. Definitely saw some good areas of birds today.

 

Sweet, my uncle keeps trying to get my to dust off the Benelli's and go again, think Id rather go Duck slaying again, I use to go to the Rio harde with my cousins and Uncle all the time, miss it alot.

 

Can anyone recommend a good shop to get some 5100s installed? I already have the parts, just need it all installed. I've called a couple places and prices range from $235 to $400 (!).

What is the deal with the flash floods? Where exactly is safe to check them out? and when are the flash floods starting? That shit would be a lot of fun

There are few "safe spots" and they often happen when you don't expect it. Seriously, it can go from a few high clouds to 3ft of rushing water thru the washes in 30 minutes. Even the high ground where it is safe can leave you stranded on a ledge that wasn't there yesterday or mud holes on the way out that make you disappear.
