I bought a new wheel for my spare and decided to try out something a little fancier than just blacking it out. It took about an hour to do all the necessary taping but I think the results were worth it. Tell me what you think.

I thought it looked pretty neat. I may do it to all of the wheels, if I do, I will post some after pics. Don't forget, rep points are always appreciated.

    A few bolts are different.
I like it. I have seen the reverse of that too where the inside of the spokes are painted darker and thf face of the spokes are left as is. both look pretty good to me.

I can't get a pic of them mounted because so far I have only done the spare. It is pretty time consuming, I need a full day to complete.

Ummm...good work. It's not my flavor- but with the right truck I can see it probably looking pretty schweet.

I finished all 5 wheels, so here is a pic of the 4 that are on the Tacoma. I think it looks pretty sharp.:D Keep in mind, I painted these by hand.

The local p.c. shop refused to do it. They said they could not guarantee it would work. Plus, it is cheaper to fix the paint then the p.c. I am VERY satisfied with how it came out. One thing you could do is to powder silver then just do the black paint.
