Blue tooth with google maps on an Android devise

I tried a search but didnt find anything to help. I am not a techie so be easy on me. For the guys that have an android devise and use google maps. How did you get it to give the verbal commands over your radio bluetooth so it comes thru the speakers when driving?

 

Well my dock came in the mail yesterday and I will try to see if I can get it squared away while in the dock

 

I'm looking for the same functionality. So far the only thing I found was that it plays only when you are using bluetooth as the source.
