    for the race, the EMT's were driving around a few tacomas to get to people on the course...Looked fun

    weight down to 211 as of this afternoon....running 5 miles in 92* heat, dieting, and working out is paying off
    for those of you who think that's unimpressive, 5 years ago i was my fattest at 248lbs of solid fat, busting out of size 38 pants and stretching out XL shirts. 2 years ago i was 238lbs, same situation. 1 year ago i was 232lbs, comfortably fitting into my stretched out 38s and XL shirts. now, i am comfortably fitting into 36s and am wearing mostly L shirts with my arms busting out :cool:
    my body type is changing, but i still have a ways to go
    what kicks are you sporting? five fingers (couldn't see in the video)?

    I didn't wear my vibrams...even though i bought them for this race :rofl:

    Ended up wearing my new balance baddeleys, which are my old ROTC Beach PT/CWST shoes... fractured my heel last month and i didnt want to re injure it

    Tomorrow is the first day of tryin this work out. I actually started last tuesday (arms) and went through the rest of the week. I've been stupid sore from this new workout. My legs are still dead from 2 days ago. Maybe I'll still be able to move my upper body Tuesday.
