i cant really say I was any better, hell i scooped two grills up with out ever really being on your list..... Hell most items I purchased I caught when they went online, i havent really tried to buy anything off someone written off truck other than a s/c deal that fell through earlier this year

 

That being said it is nice to know that there is as easy outlet for unneeded parts.

We all went to Hershey Park yesterday - the kids had a blast.

Getting mesh installed now and wrapping this batch up.

Did this one while the coffee was brewing:



The raptors obviously take a lot more time but I'm doing my very best to get these out asap.

Also - those of you with mesh orders will also be shipping tomorrow.

As I'm unwrapping all of the "raptor" main mesh sections I noticed something did not look quite right:



I know it may be tough to see by this pic but the groove of the mesh was not completely powdercoated.

every single one looks like this.

It is unacceptable and I will be going to them first thing tomorrow morning to have the situation rectified.

My apologies to those with raptors in the current batch. I will get all the triangles mounted and the letters prepped for install so I can ship these asap.

The other three grills will ship Monday.

I was able to find 3 out of the twelve main raptor mesh sets I had done that were good to use:



This one turned out really sharp - I have not done too many with the "Tacoma" letters:

 

I hope it was an honest mistake from your supplier.

What do I need to do to have my grill say TACOMA as well?

 

I think it was... But it put me back.

If you want the raptor to say Tacoma instead of Toyota you just need to specify that when your turn comes.

Bummer on the QC issue, i am bummed it will set back on the batch that i am in but i am glad you are so picky "not a bad thing". Makes me glad i chose to purchase a raptor from you knowing i will get top quality!

 

Craigs QC is very top notch, infact he kinda fixed mine without me even really knowing wtf was going on after I had just lost a LCA bolt pulling into camp at moab

Sucks to hear about the raptor mesh, but being that i'm part of this batch i'm glad your attention to detail is top notch

 

I'm with you, I've already waited 8 months, I'd be less than happy to get a less then perfect product to save a few weeks. And hopefully that's a Black at the top headed to New Orleans and not a BSP headed somewhere less cool.
