allmotorex ,Heres the fogs for the FRS, I got them mounted today but not wired yet.
The surrounds are textured about the same as the dash.

Those look pretty good! You still got the yellow halogens in the projectors? And the fogs? And those eyelids make the car look drunk. Lol

 

No she has 6000 k hids and the bottom lights are 6000k LEDs when the driving lights are on and then flash orange when you turn your blinkers on.
The fogs are $500 @the stealership ,wife can get them for less than $150. That's with an

$5 h11 harness H11 male and female wire harness

h11 harness so you can put hids in them also if you want to.

On a tacoma related note. Has anybody seen the stock tacoma speakers. Wow those things are pathetic. Replaced all four plus the tweets with Kicker DS series. Also added a 10" Pioneer behind the back sets.

Its not Memphis ghetto loud, but its nice and clean off of the Alpine 5 way amp. I'm

 

What kind of sub box? And got any pics?

Head Unit. Has been in three different vehicles now. Keeps on trucking along.



This is the sub. Had to remove all black lining in the back. Which I would have done anyway to make room for more tools. Also had to notch the metal bar that runs across the back with a dremel. Anyway it fits. I'm not looking to host parties with the truck so its enough for me.



Ran 75 ft of 16 gauge wire. Four doors are nice until you run new wire. These rubber boots suck ass to run wire through.



The amp. Little but it puts out some power. Enough for my speakers and sub at least. If I want more sub power I can always add my JL 500x1 into the system I suppose. Also my carpet looks terrible in this picture. Not sure why it doesn't look that bad in person. I also probably used about 50 zipties. I wanted it to look professional even if I couldn't see it. So everything is nice and tidy behind all the panels.

so every parent says this but, i have to coolest daughters ever! quick story because they both made my weekend.

Big sister (4 yr old) rides with me to get mulch saturday morning because she "likes to see the tractors digging". Then we go to Bass Pro and she points to one of those huge ATVs and asks when she can have one. Then in the store, I'm looking around at arrows and she sees the junior long bow and gets all excited asking if she can have that. So, score 1 for dad. She's not a girly girl.

Sunday, I'm taking little sister (2 yr old) out to the store.
First, walking out to the driveway she says: "I don't wanna ride in mama's car. I like your truck."
{I'm thinking 'cool points to you kid, I like my truck too'}

So then, I start the truck and turn off the stereo thinking she doesn't need to hear my heavy rock/metal stuff. She says: "Daddy, I want music back on." So turn it back on and then she says "louder daddy, LOUDERRRRRRR!"
{I'm thinking 'when did she get to be so awesome'}

Then, pulling out of the neighborhood, I stomp on the skinny pedal. She squeels. Loves it. Slowing down for a stop sign after a couple miles she says "no daddy, faster, go faster".

Then she starts singing her ABCs. Not correctly but she's trying. At the end, she says XYZ in her normal girly singing following by doing the metal growl for "sing with me". {in your face to mom's annoying kids music cds}

Then, I park next to a Harley when we get to the store. As soon as I'm lifting her from the car seat and she sees it next to us she yells "DADDY! MOTORCYCLE! DADDY! DADDY! MOTORCYCLE!" Followed by the adorable daddy-will-do-anything-for-me voice "daddy, can I have a motorcycle?"

So, they've got me thinking that even though they like to talk about being princesses, maybe when they get older, instead of sitting through dance recitals or some girly junk for them, it might be camping, jujitsu matches, dirt bikes, or some other completely non-girly stuff.

Haha I understand. I was too. That's why I got one ..... Or two.

That's a big upgrade from stock! Head unit is most important, then the speakers. Amping your speakers is a huge diff as well. What size amp is that? Any time you run wires through something like that, put a lil lube on it. Soap, hand lotion, shampoo ...... Whatever u got layin around. Those wires will slide through there no problem.

 

That's badass dude! Bet all that put a smile on your face. I personally like the dirt bike idea. Could you imagine in 12-14 years being at the x-games watching your girl/girls compete!? That would be crazy

 

Well the wrecked 08 was a complete waste. Only thing that was salvageable was a few misc plastic pieces from the interior. I did get your switch blank. And got a seat release lever for my pass side. And two extra covers for the pockets in the bed. Other than that. Whole front is gone. Engine and trans toast. And rear end was mangled up so bad I didn't even know what I couse save. I was hoping seats would havs been good but cigarette burns and then rained in the whole truck. missing headliner and above storage compartments and center console was broken all to pieces. If this guy lived he's one lucky son of a gun.
