As for the fight thing, talking can only get you so far, I talked it out with the wal mart dude and it physically put his hands on me and to me that's a sign of aggression so I ended something before it could go any further. I didn't know the guy, if you can end it with just an argument then awesome, but there are just to many crazy people and to many variables when getting heated with someone you don't know. I don't take the chance. I've never been an instigator, I've been in three physical fights and I didn't instigate any of them. Sometimes violence is needed to protect yourself and see ahead and what dangers you could be in.

My buddy is an engineer for Hondas f1 race team in Cali. You would think the discount would be more than it is.

I had a dispute back in HS with a kid. he hit me in the side of my eye/side of face in class.( i have had 3 year old kids hit me hard than he did) so i do not hit back, because i did not feel like going to the office and maybe getting in trouble. i just told him if he does it agin i’ll beat his ass. now i was 5’3’ tall back then and he was shorter then me by a good 4” or 5”. I now i could have taken him.(not just because i was taller he was just a stupid little bumbass and he also though his punch hurt me. but i guess he new i was for real because he never did anything but run his damn mouth saying he is going to hit me and kick my ass. other then that farthest i have gone is pretty much a shoving match. some how the principle found out a few days later and we still went to the office. I laughed about all of it back than and still do.

oh and i knew better to throw punches at my brothers. they are 8 and 10 years older then me. till a year or so they wear taller, now i’m taller by an 1” or so.

those are fun. but i’ll take a CRF450R and a light and blinker kit and some road tires. lol.

I want a motorcycle for the road, but don’t really want a sport bike(and if i did get one it would be an R6) but i want a super moto set up kinda. also i have not road on the road(well other then maybe .5 miles to a friends house on my crf150r) but i’m pretty good on a dirt bike, so i’m more use to a dirt bike style riding. and i think it would be better/safer to start out with a street legal bike like that, then to start out on an R6. I feel fine on an R6 in a parking lot or neighborhood but thats night and day compared to the interstate or highway.

The line was only 5 people long when I got there. When I left it was probably 25. First win of the semester!

There are more girls in industrial engineering than mechanical. Success.

Well duh... IE=Imaginary Engineering. Way more fun to use crayons and coloring books than drafting pencils and engineering paper.

I'm sure IEs get more respect at your school than mine. Being a 100% engineering school, the IEs are primarily people that gave up on whatever other field they started in and didn't want to transfer. They are our art majors.

No hard feelings, just gotta get my shots in on the IEs before we're out in industry and you're making more money than me

I switched out of mechanical. :anonymous:
It was mainly because I like the industrial/process improvement/manufacturing systems better than some of the ME tasks. It's all almost the same in the end.
