    im not at home right now to get the pin diameter. I had them on my pelfryebilt bumper and they fit perfect, the weight I will also have to get for you when i get off of work. I got them from work and we use them on heavy duty machinery and vehicles so they are definitely stronger and built better than your typical ones from Amazon.
